Where do I start?

How much does it cost?

Pricing is individual depending on the complexity of the project and client’s desire. You can find our services and prices here.

Do I have to pay the full price immediately?

No. We usually split the project price into three parts:
25% advance payment.
25% after the approval of the design concept.
50% after full completion of the project.

How long does it take?

It varies and depends on the complexity of the project. It takes around 6 weeks on average. Share details or send an email to hey@as-crew.com and we will provide you with a more detailed timeline.

Do you design for mobile devices?

Of course! We understand the importance of mobile device traffic and implement a mobile-first design strategy. We usually start with sketching and prototyping for the smallest screens first and then upscale them to larger screen sizes. Overall, you will be confident that your website's mobile version looks perfect.

If I already have a website, can you help me?

Not a problem. Website redesign is one of the most popular services. Give your website a new look. Make it more convenient for current customers and attract new ones.

I do not know what I want, can you help me?

Which service package to select?

We always recommend starting with a logo or informative package. Depending on the complexity of your project, we can add some services or switch to another package. Do not hesitate to ask questions. We are happy to clear any uncertainty.

What if I don’t like what you create for me?

We will avoid this scenario as much as possible. We will manage a permanent contact and share all the updates with you constantly. If at any stage you feel uncertainty, we can easily fix that.

What if I need to update my website?

Not a problem. We offer technical and visual website support including security updates, fixing any broken links or website errors, and preparing and adding new content to a website. Cost varies depending on the size and intent of your website. Let us know if you are interested.
